What's the difference between Software, and "Tools, Tests, and Benchmarks"? Maybe we need to think of a better way of organizing these categories? A number of items in "Software" are really patches, like the CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT patch, so this really isn't the best organization.

Proposal for a better organization of the main page.
- RT PREEMPT HOWTO
- High Resolution Timers
- Tips and Tricks of RT Programming (new article)
We aren't likely to have a growing quantity of these patches, since the -rt patch is mostly self contained with only an occaisional functional patch being called out separately. Perhaps there is a way to better represent this, but for now:
- Linux Kernel Patches
- RT PATCH Manager
- RT Watchdog
- OSADL Real-Time Live Linux CD
- Tests and Benchmarks
- IBM Test Cases
- PI Mutex Test
Comments? (Just make changes to this structure and add comments explaining why....)
